GENERAL DRIVE

1-GENERAL PROPERTIES:

Esdor EGS is a generic driver designed to run any type of 160W motor running 24V. When the motor is connected to the motor and the power is turned on, it turns off and then turns it on, performs ‘Automatic Measurement’, determines the operation program according to that motor and activates automatic door.

1.1-Computer Management: All functions are managed when connected to the computer. If there are gates, errors are reported and reported.

1.2-Computer Programming: The program is loaded with the computer. All functions, settings and service operations are performed.

1.3-Intensive Traffic Features: In heavy traffic, when it is opened three times without being fully closed, it increases by 1 sec and waits 5 sec. This expectation continues as long as it continues to receive signals from the radar. Once it turns off, it returns to normal.

1.4-Obstacle Detection Feature: When closing it, it opens when there is a barrier. Stop after you have checked twice after impact. When the signal is given again, the obstacle is checked and if it does not obstruct it returns to normal. It closes when a barrier is encountered during opening. When it is switched on again, it controls the obstacle as long as the obstacle stops and closes again. If there is no obstacle, it returns to normal.

1.5-Motor Control Feature: During normal operation, if the motor cables get out of place for any reason or if there is no contact at the connections, it will stop working. When the connections are reestablished, it checks again and continues running or re-enabled.

1.6-Encoder Control Feature: During normal operation, if the encoder cables come out of place for any reason, or if there is no contact at the connections, it will stop working. When the connections are reestablished, it checks again and continues running or re-enabled.

1.7-Lock control feature: It checks every time the lid is open or closed. It will not open unless the lock is opened.
